South Korea\u2019s Kospi index reversed gains from the previous session, falling 0.49% after reaching a three-month high on Monday. The tech-heavy Kosdaq also edged lower by 0.12%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In China, markets saw mixed performance. The CSI 300 index, tracking major stocks on the Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges, dropped 0.56% amid volatile trading. Hong Kong\u2019s Hang Seng Index slipped 0.3%. Meanwhile, China reported a slight improvement in industrial profits for April, rising 1.4%, up from March&#8217;s 0.8% increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>India\u2019s equity markets opened weaker, with the benchmark Nifty 50 down 0.49% and the BSE Sensex losing 0.63%. In contrast, Australia\u2019s S&amp;P\/ASX 200 managed a modest gain of 0.33%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U.S. markets remained closed on Monday in observance of the Memorial Day holiday, but futures rallied on positive sentiment from Trump\u2019s tariff delay. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rose by 407 points, or 1%.
